Great location and trendy vibes. Our room was well cleaned and spacious with lockers. Showers and toilets on every floor were convenient. The cafe offered free breakfast and reasonably priced meals for lunch and dinner. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Safestay for a few nights during my visit to the city. The hostel had a great location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. I loved the fact that they provided gluten-free muffins for breakfast, which is not common in hostels. The private double room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and even had a balcony. The hostel itself had a beautiful and lively atmosphere. It's definitely a great place to stay in Madrid. Oh, and don't forget to try the amazing burrito place nearby!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a very clean hostel, for young people. If you're traveling alone, it's nice to know other lonely travelers, the hostel makes nice activities during the entire day.
Sometimes the staff is not exactly solicitous.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a short walk to all the main attractions. the building is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. the staff, especially the French girl at the reception, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the unisex bathroom facilities were large and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.
The morning staff could use some improvement in their energy and attitude towards guests. the extra charge for luggage storage was unexpected and seemed unnecessary for a hostel.

The rooms are really cute and there is a cubby at the headboard of the bunkbeds which made it Really convenient to keep your little items like water bottle keys etc.
Two things. I was in a shared room On the top bunk the stairs to the bunkbed are really small so they're very uncomfortable and difficult to climb my roommates also had trouble. I have stayed another hostels on the top bunk they werent this bad, get a bottom bunk. They give you 2 top sheets and a pillowcase but there's a flat sheet already on the bed And they don't change it Inbetween visitors, maybe that's ok with a fitted sheet on top but not two flat sheets, thumbs down on their decision to not assign beds and change flat sheets in group rooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated in the heart of the city but away from the noisy streets, allowing guests to have a peaceful and comfortable stay. the beds and pillows provided are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the showers and toilets are clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant experience.
One negative aspect is that they charge for storing bags in the hotel's storage facility.

The hostel offers leisure activities including an original flamenco evening, a pub crawl, a free city tour and lots of more activity which were mainly organized by Pablo and Erika. These activities made my stay exceptional good and I wish both of them further success in their work. All the best

Good location in the center of Malasana, with easy access to bars and cafes. Beds were equipped with individual plugs and lights. Staff was friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. Comfortable lounging areas were available for both relaxation and socializing.

The hostel is tidy and stylish.
The staff forgot to tell us, we need to bring the sheets while check-out. I needed to go back to my room to bring out all the sheets in the early. It was kind of waste my time. They should inform us earlier.
